After dropping its price to $3.35M, has the infamous Todt Hill ‘animal’ estate been sold? - SILive.com

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – After lingering on the market for more than 260 days, garnering tens of thousands likes and views on a popular real estate TikTok page, the infamous Todt Hill animal estate that is studded with statues of gorillas, giraffes, lions, zebras and more has shouldered a significant price reduction, dropping some $650k in the past eight months. Now, according to Staten Island real estate data, the house might have finally found a buyer.

Currently listed at $3.35 million, the iconic home first hit the market at $3.99 million in July of 2022 and, according to Zillow, has dropped in price twice since – first to $3.49 million on Nov. 18 and to its current price on Jan. 18. Located at 724 Todt Hill Rd., directly across the street from Staten Island Academy, the house was built in 1960 and is situated on 0.98 acres of land. It features seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms and is marked as “in acceptance” on both the Connie Profaci and Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR) websites.
